المنطقة المغاربية وخطر التهديدات الأمنية الدائمة Perpetual Security Threats In The Maghreb Region

الملخص
تعتبر المنطقة المغاربية فضاءا أساسيا للتبادل والتفاعل بين إفريقيا جنوب الصحراء والقارة الأوروبية، وهذا بفضل موقعها الجغرافي، مواردها البشرية وثرواتها الطاقوية، بذلك تحتل موقع جيوستراتيجي يجلب الأنظار. لكنها أيضا تعتبر منطقة غير مستقرة وغير آمنة في نفس الوقت، فالتهديدات الأمنية التي تواجه دول المنطقة أصبحت اليوم متعددة ومتنوعة بين ما هو تقليدي على غرار التوترات بين الدول، وعناصر تشكل صفة جديدة للتهديدات كالإرهاب والهجرة غير الشرعية من جهة وتطور وإستفحال الجريمة المنظمة من جهة اخرى. The Maghreb region is a pivotal space for the exchange and interaction between Sub-Saharan Africa and European continent, thanks to its geographical location, human and energy resources, some of the factors that gave to the Maghreb a geostrategic position so it attracts attention. However, this region is vulnerable to multiple security threats that make it unstable. Some of these threats are still traditional, such as tensions between countries, with the presence of elements that constitute a new form of threats such as terrorism and illegal immigration on one hand, and the development and spread of organized crime on the other hand.
