ملخص: يعتبر الاستثمار وسياسات تحفيزه من أهم البرامج والسياسات المنتهجة من أجل تعزيز المقومات الوطنية، حيث يعتبر النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني بصفة عامة والإنعاش للقطاع الاقتصادي والصناعي هدفا أساسيا، وعليه تستعين الدول بمجموعة إجراءات تحفيزية بهدف التحكم في النشاط الاقتصادي من جهة، وضمان سير المشاريع الاستثمارية على اختلافها محلية أو الأجنبية من جهة أخرى. نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة إلى التعرف على سياسات تحفيز الاستثمار في الجزائر ودورها في إنعاش مختلف القطاعات ومركزين على القطاع الصناعي بشكل خاص خلال فترة 2002- 2017 باستخدام آليات وسياسات وبرامج وخطط تنموية مختلفة لتفعيل القطاعات الاقتصادية. تصنيف JEL : E61, O1. Abstract: Investment is considered as one of the most important programs and policies adopted in order to consolidate and value national gains. It is considered also as a fundamental objective for the advancement of national economy in general and the recovery of the economic and industrial sectors in particular. The countries use a set of incentive measures to invest in order to control economic activity Investment projects of different types, whether local or foreign. The aim of this paper is to identify the policies of stimulating investment in Algeria and its role in the rehabilitation of various sectors and two centers on the industrial sector in particular during the period 2002 - 2017 using different mechanisms, policies, programs and development plans to activate the economic sectors. .
