الملخص
تعد المصادر والمراجع الأساس الذي يعتمد عليه الباحث ليتمكن من إنجاز بحثه، إلا أن ذلك يقتضي منه معرفة الضوابط والقواعد الضرورية اللازمة لاستغلال المصادر والمراجع بصورة منهجية سليمة، والتمكن من تقنيات البحث العلمي وطريقة اقتباس المعلومة وكيفية إحالتها وتوثيقها بطريقة صحيحة، وطرق تخزينها، والتوصل إلى ترتيبها وتصنيفها وفق معايير علمية تخضع للمنطق والعقل السليم المقنع، هذا مايسعى إليه المقال لتوضيحه.
