الملخص

ملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة التعرض لمفهوم البيئة وأهم التعديات التي تخلفها منظمات الأعمال على حياة الإنسان، حيث توضح الدراسة أهم الفوائد التي يمكن للمنظمات الحصول عليها في حالة تحقيقها لكفاءة بيئية تتوافق مع أهداف السياسة العامة للدولة، وقد أشارات هذه الدراسة إلى جهود الجزائر في مجال تشجيع المنظمات على الإلتزام بالمحافظة على البيئة، وذلك من خلال دعم عمليات إعادة تدوير النفايات وتطوير التكنولوجية الصديقة للبيئة، وتوعية أفراد المجتمع بأهمية المحافظة على البيئة، وتحقق الكفاءة في إستخدام الموارد. Abstract: This paper tackles the concept of environment and the most impotant aggressions caused by the business corporations to the human being life, and the major benefits resulted if this companies coordinate between the respect of environment and this study examined the efforts of Algeria in the field of corporations encouragement to respect the safeguard of environment, by the consolidation of the treatment of wastes and the development of pro-environment technologies and the sensibilization to the importance of environment for the society, and necessity of qualification in the exploitation of resources.
