الملخص
إن استغلال موارد كوكبنا، وكذا الاعتداءات المتكررة على عناصر الطبيعة، دفعت ثمنه البيئة الطبيعية التي نتشارك فيها مع جميع الكائنات الحية، بشكل بات يهدد وجودنا ووجودها معاً، ما أضحى يستوجب إيجاد حلول من أجل حماية فعلية للبيئة الطبيعية، وتذليل جميع المعوقات والعقبات التي تحول دون ذلك. الكلمات المفتاحية: البيئة الطبيعية، الحماية الفعلية، المعوقات. : The exploitation of the resources of our planet as well as the repeated attacks on the elements of nature has been paid by the nature environment, which we share with all living things in a manner that threatens our and their existence together, which necessitates finding solutions for the effective protection of the natural environment and trying to overcome all the obstacles and hindrances that prevent it.
