تشكل الدولة الوطنية في العالم العربي مدخل تاريخي

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى استعادة الحيثيات التاريخية التي صاحبت تشكل الدولة القطرية في الوطن العربي كمدخل إلى فهم التحولات السياسية التي تعرضت لها البلدان العربية في مرحلتها الانتقالية إبان الحقبة الاستعمارية، والتي أنهت نمط الحكم التاريخي العابر للحدود والقوميات. ويبرز البحث الإكراهات الخارجية التي صاحبت هذا التحول تحت ضغط الاحتلال العسكري، وتباين السياسات التي نهجها الاحتلال في عملية التجزئة تبعا للخصوصيات السياسية والتاريخية للبلدان العربية. وقد خلص البحث إلى أن عملية التحول إلى خضعت لها المنطقة العربية لم تكن ناتجة عن مسلسل تطور ذاتي متجذر في الزمن حيث تقدم الوقائع التاريخية الموثقة شواهد حاسمة على دور العامل الخارجي في إعادة رسم الخارطة السياسية للمنطقة. The purpose of this paper is to understand the historical circumstances that have affected the emergence of the national state in the Arab world. This historical approach will strongly contribute to more understanding of the political transformations experienced by the Arab countries during the transitional period under the authority of occupation. As it was shown in this paper, it is obvious that the modern national state has ended the pattern of historical Islamic governance that transcends borders and nationalities. This paper also seeks to highlight the importance of the external constraints that accompanied the process of transformation under the pressure of the military occupation, and the various policies adopted to fragment the Arab world.
