الملخص
تعتبر ولاية بومرداس من الولايات السياحية الساحلية بامتياز كونها تطل على شريط ساحلي يقدر ﺑ 80.33 كلم، وتتربع على مساحة إجمالية قدرها 1456.68 كلم2، فهي تزخر بمقومات سياحية تمكنها أن تكون قطبا سياحيا بامتياز منها طبيعية، معالم ثقافية، حضارية ودينية، كما تشتهر الولاية بصناعة تقليدية المتوارثة أبا عن جد، إضافة لشبكة النقل والسكك الحديدية، كما تتوفر بها أشهر المطاعم وكذا 10 مخيمات صيفية ونادي الفروسية ، بإضافة إلى 18 مؤسسة فندقية بسعة إجمالية 3079 سرير، أما الإجراءات الادارية التي تتولى تسيير القطاع تتمثل في كل من مديرية السياحة بالولاية، الدواوين السياحية، النشاط الجمعوي، وكالات السياحة والأسفار، مؤسسة التكوين السياحي بالكرمة (INSFP)، فالاستثمار السياحي بالولاية عرف في الآونة الأخيرة نوعا من الانتعاش من خلال إدراج 10 مشاريع سياحية ضمن المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية، وثلاث قرى سياحية بامتياز، وبهدف تفعيل الاستثمار السياحي بالولاية قامت مديرية السياحة وبالتنسيق مع وزارة السياحة بتحديد عدة أليات لنهوض بالسياحة بما فيها السياحة الثقافية التي تعرف نوعا من التهميش، وذلك برغم من أهميتها على المستوى المحلي والوطني. Boumerdes is one of the coastal tourist Wilayas, as it overlooks a coastal strip estimated at 80.33 km, and occupies a total area of 1456.68 km 2, it is rich in tourist potential that enable the wilaya to be a tourist pole with a potential natural, cultural landmarks, civilization and religious, it is also known by its inherited traditional industry The wilaya also has a wide range of tourist equipment namely the transport and rail network, a famous restaurants as well as 10 summer camps and equestrian club, in addition to 18 hotels with a total capacity of 3079 beds. For the administrative procedures that manage the sector, they are represented by the Direction of tourism of the wilaya, tourist offices, associations, travel and tourism, in addition to the Tourism Training Institute in Karma (INSFP). As the tourism investment in the wilaya has recently recovered through the inclusion of 10 tourism projects within the National Scheme of Tourism Development, In addition to three excellent tourist villages. Iin order to promote tourism investment in the wilaya, the Direction of tourism, in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism; have identified several mechanisms for the promotion of tourism, including cultural tourism, which tends to be marginalized, despite its local and national importance.
