الملخص

This paper attempts to research the problem of acceleration of the changes imposed by the era of globalization and knowledge economy on people management in the modern business organization, through the verification of several objectives, including: tracking the march of the historical development of personnel management, and compare functions and functions of personnel management in traditional organizations, functions and management functions human resources in organizations in the era of globalization, and stand on the foundations of the most important strategies and human resource trends in the modern business organization, with an assessment of the reality of individual departments in the institutions of the Arab Business.
