الملخص
بغية تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية و بهدف دفع عجلة الاستثمار في مختلف القطاعات وعلى رأسها القطاع الصناعي ولجلب اكبر قدر ممكن من الاستثمارات قامت الدولة الجزائرية ببذل عدة جهود بهدف توفير الوعاء العقاري الصناعي المناسب للإنجاز مختلف المشاريع الاقتصادية على اختلاف انواعها ، فقامت بتخصيص عدة عقارات لهذا الهدف . Résumé : Afin de réaliser le développement économique et de promouvoir les investissements dans divers secteurs, notamment le secteur industriel, et d'apporter le plus grand nombre d'investissements possible, l'État algérien a déployé plusieurs efforts pour fournir l’immobilier industriel nécessaire à la réalisation de divers projets économiques de toutes sortes. Abstract : In order to achieve economic development and promote the investment in various sectors, especially the industrial sector and to bring as much investment as possible, the Algerian State has made several efforts to provide the Industrial real estate suitable for the completion of various economic projects of all kinds.
