الملخص
من خلال هذه الدراسة المعنونة بـضمانات الممارسة النقابية في الجزائر، عملنا من خلالها معرفة مختلف الضمانات التي رصدت للحرية النقابية ، التي تتوزع بين ضمانات دولية التي تتحدد في أهم الإتفاقيات الدولية التي عالجت موضوع الحرية النقابية على غرار الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان، أما على المستوى الوطني فقد كرس المشرع الحرية النقابية في التعديل الدستوري الأخير 2016 في المادة 70 منه، و بدسترته هذا الحق يفرض على جميع الهيئات في الدولة الإلتزام به، و تعمل على توفير السبل الكفيلة للممارسة المنظمات النقابية جميع صلاحياتها بكل أريحية. الكلمات المفتاحية: نقابة، الإضراب، ضمانات، المعاهدة الدولية، الرقابة على دستورية القوانين. Summary Through this study, entitled Guarantees of trade union practice in Algeria, through which we have been able to know the various guarantees of freedom of trade union, which are divided between international guarantees, which are determined in the most important international conventions that dealt with freedom of trade union such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. At the national level, the legislator has devoted freedom of trade union to the last constitutional amendment in 2016 in article 70, and this constitution is binding on all bodies in the state. To provide the means for the practice of trade union organizations all their competences with all its usefulness. key words: Union, strike, safeguards, international treaty, control over the constitutionality of laws.
