Résumé: Tout comme les droits civils et politiques, dont ils sont indissociables, les droits économiques, sociaux et culturels (DESC) doivent garantir l’égalité des femmes et des hommes, conformément à la Déclaration universelle des Droits de l’Homme et aux autres instruments internationaux relatifs aux droits humains. L’autonomisation économique des femmes est indispensable au développement durable, à la croissance économique, au développement social , En même temps, c’est une question principielle de droit, qui touche à la construction de sociétés équitables.Abstract: Very as civil and political rights , with which they are inseperable , economic, social and cultural rights have to guarantee the equality of women and the men, in accordance with the universal declaration of human rights and in the order international instruments relating to the human beings, the economic autonomisation of the women is necessary to lasting development, to economic fast growth, to social develoment , at the same time, it is a main question of right, that touches the building of equitable societies.
