المناسب المرسل عند الإمام الغزالي من خلال مؤلفاته الأصولية (دراسة أصولية مقارنة)

الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث أهم مبحث من مباحث القياس عند الأصوليين، وهو: المناسب المرسل، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى بيانه وبحث مفرداته وجوانبه عند الإمام الغزالي، وتسليط الضوء على دوره في تأصيله، كونه أولمن فك غموضه وبسط تفاصيله وحقق دقائقه على صورة لم يبلغها الأصوليون قبله ولم يجاوزها من جاء بعده. The science of “Al Mounasseb AL Mourssal” Stands on analyzing the purposes of Sharia’a in order to explain its jurisprudences, as it clarifies the provisions by its intensions and links the Principles of Jurisprudence with the science of Sharia’s purposes. Furthermore this science has become one of the main subjects that the contemporary jurists and researches are looking into in order to understand it more and find out the relationship between its components. This research is based on the study of the Imam al-Ghazali's service of the science of assets and measurement studies in particular, due to his immense work the fundamentalists are researchers are no longer capable of surpassing his findings, rules, concepts, divisions, examples and vocabulary. As he precisely defined them in a very clear way with a comprehensive vision and a complete picture.
