المؤلفات الأصولية للشيخ امحمد بن يوسف اطفيش

الملخص
عرف الشيخ امحمد اطفيش بنتاجه العلمي الغزير في شتى المجالات ومنها علم أصول الفقه، ويعد كتاب فتح الله المؤلف الأصولي الوحيد بالإضافة على بعض المباحث الأصولية التي أدرجها في بعض كتبه الفقهية والعقدية، ككتاب شامل الأصل والفرع، كما تطرق إلى بعض المسائل الأصولية في أجوبته الفقهية. وقد حرص الشيخ امحمد اطفيش في عرضه للمادة الأصولية على تبسيط المسائل وتحليلها، مع الاستطراد والإطالة أحيانا، وذلك بتحرير محل النزاع، وعرض أقوال العلماء فيها، مقرونة بأدلتها، وذكر الاعتراضات التي وجهت إليها، والمقارنة بينها، ثم ترجيح الصحيح منها بالدليل. ملتزما في ذلك الدقة والوضوح، بعيدا عن الأساليب المعقدة، تيسيرا على القارئ، خاصة طلبته المبتدئين. Sheikh M'hamed Tfayyesh was known for his profuse scientific production in various fields, including science jurisprudence, in it, the book of Fatho E’llah is the only author in Principles of jurisprudence in addition to some studies which he included them in some of his books of jurisprudence and Streptococcus as a book entitled a comprehensive the origin and the branch. He also touched on some of the jurisprudence issues in his answers. Sheikh M'hamed Tfayyesh was keen in introducing science jurisprudence and to simplify matters and its analysis, with digressions and sometimes lengthy, editing in dispute, and display the sayings of scholars which, coupled with evidence, and stated objections made against them, and compare, then the correct ones to tip the evidence. Committed to the accuracy and clarity, away from the complex style, in order to facilitate the reading, especially requested by novices.
