الحركة الجمعوية فضاء لتعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى الشباب

الملخص

تهدف هذه المقالة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الوظيفي للحركة الجمعوية في المجتمع باعتبارها نسق اجتماعي تطوعي يساهم في عملية البناء الاجتماعي ككل، على اعتبار أنها تعمل جنبا إلى جنب مع الدولة لتحقيق التنمية في مختلف المجالات، حيث أنها تعمل على سد الفراغ الذي تتركه الجهات الرسمية من خلال السهر على تأطير مبادرات المواطنين لحل مختلف القضايا الملحة والتكفل بانشغالاتهم المختلفة دون انتظار تدخل الدولة، وقد عرفت الجزائر بعد اصلاحات دستور 1989 ديناميكية كبيرة في مجال إنشاء الجمعيات على مختلف الأصعدة وهو ما جعل منها إحدى أهم مكونات المجتمع المدني واقربها إلى قضايا المجتمع ومختلف التحديات التي تواجهه، هذا ولعل الاستثمار في شريحة الشباب وتنمية مستوى الوعي والنضج وتحمل مسؤولية قيادة هذا المجتمع تعد إحدى أهم هذه التحديات وأن تجاوز هذه المسألة يستلزم ترسيخ مجموعة من القيم الوطنية القائمة على تبني أهداف هذا المجتمع والعمل على ضمان رفاهيته وتطوره . وعطفا على ما سبق سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق إلى الحركة الجمعوية في الجزائر وأهميتها في تعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى الشباب . Associative movement space in promoting the values of sitizenship among young people This intervention aims to clear the functional role of the associative groups movement in the society since it is a voluntary social system that shares in the social structural process as a whole.It works beside the state to achieve development in various fields in order to fill in the void left by the official authorities through ensuring the framing of sitizen initiatives to resolve the various issues and undertake their various occupancies without waiting ther state intervention.Algeria has known after 1989 constitution reforms a large dynamic in establishing associations at various levels that made them one of the most important components of the civil society and closest to society issues and the various challenges they face.In addition to this, perhaps the investment in young people and their level of awareness and maturity and the responsibility of leading the society is one of the most important challenges.Overcoming this issue needs to consolidate a range of national values that embrace the society goals and work to ensure its wellbeing and development. According to what have been said we try to discuss through this paper the importance of the associative movement in Algeria to promote the sitizenship values among youg people.
