المستحقات المالية لزوجات الشهداء في فلسطين

الملخص
هذا البحث يتناول قضية مهمة من قضايا الأحوال الشخصية في الفقه الإسلامي، وكيف أثر الواقع الفلسطيني بها، وما نتج عن ذلك من مشكلات. بدأت بحثي بالحديث عن معنى التكافل في الاسلام، وأهميته، وأهدافه. ثم تحدثت عن المصادر المالية للدولة ورعايتها للأرامل والأيتام، وأنواع المستحقات المالية التي تعطى لأسر الشهداء في فلسطين. الأموال التي تعطى لأسر الشهداء في فلسطين تتنوع بحسب الجهة التي تعطي وتمنح هذا العطاء، فمنه ما يكون كراتب للشهيد ومنه ما يكون كأعطية ومنحة تطوعية، ولكل حكمه. وفي نهاية البحث بينت أثر هذه المستحقات على الأسرة اجتماعيا ونفسيا ثم مثلت ببعض الحالات على سبيل المثال لا الحصر من الواقع الفلسطيني. This research deals with an important issue in the Islamic Jurisprudence (Islamic Fiqh) concerning the financial rights dues to the Family's martyr at the level civil status. And the influence of the Palestinian condition on this issue with the resulting problems. This research will start by talking about the meaning of Solidarity in Islam, as well as its importance and goals. The second part will talk about the financial resources of the State, its care about widows, and orphans, plus the types of financial aid offered to the Martyrs' families in Palestine. The financial aids given to the Martyrs' families in Palestine are depended to the side or resource of this support. It may has different forms: 1- A salary given to the martyr 2- Donations and Charitable gifts. Each type has its own legal and religious form. At the end, the research reveals the impact of this financial aid on the family at the social, and psychological levels. Some examples reflecting the Palestinian condition are given.
