دور الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في إستقرار النظام المالي الإسلامي

الملخص
إنّ المتتبّع لعالم الاقتصاد اليوم يلاحظ أنّ الأزمات المالية الاقتصادية المتكررة التي تتعرض لها الأنظمة الاقتصادية التقليدية والتي تقوم على الفائدة في تعاملاتها، يستنتج أنّ هناك خلل وقصور في الأدوات المالية التي يتم التعامل بها في هذا النظام فضلا عن مبادئه وأسسه، بالمقابل يلاحظ إستقرار في النظام الاقتصادي الإسلامي الذي يحرّم الفائدة إضافة لعدم تأثره بهذه التقلبات الاقتصادية الحاصلة والمتكررة . تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إبراز دور الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في إستقرار النظام المالي الإسلامي، وخلصت إلى أنّ الهندسة المالية الإسلامية تعتبر من أهم الآليات التي لها دور كبير وأهمية بالغة في توازن واستقرار الأنظمة المالية عامة والنظام المالي الإسلامي خاصة، من خلال مساهمتها في توفير أدوات ومنتجات مالية إسلامية وفق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية لإدارة المخاطر والتحوط منها مستقبلا كالصكوك الإسلامية والمشتقات المالية الإسلامية . Now a follower of the world economy today notes that financial crises and the frequent economic to traditional economic and based on interest rates in their dealings, the Panel finds that there is a fault and deficiencies in financial instruments that are handled in this regime, as well as the foundations of the principles in return notes stability in the economic system of Islam, which deprives the interest rate in addition to the affected these fluctuations economic developments and repeated. The objective of the present paper is to highlight the role of the financial architecture and the Islamic group in the stability of the Islamic financial system, and concluded that the engineering Islamic finance is one of the most important mechanisms that have a big role and significance in the balance and stability of the financial systems in general and the Financial Regulations of the OIC, in particular, through its contribution to the provision of products and tools of an Islamic financial according to the provisions of the Islamic shariah for risk management and the future of the Islamic Engineering financial derivatives.
