تمثل ثقافة الجودة بالمؤسسة المعاصرة، الرهان الذي يمكنها من احداث الفارق والتميز، لتحقيق النجاح والاستمرارية، في ظل المنافسة العالمية الشديدة، وسرعة التطور الحاصل، لأن وجودها وترسيخها كعقيدة متوارثة لدى الأفراد العاملين، يوجه سلوكاتهم واستجابتهم، نحو تطبيق معايير الجودة بأعلى مستوى وكفاءة، فهي بذلك ميكانيزم أساسي، في فعالية المؤسسة ككل، وأهميتها تكمن في أهمية المورد البشري وحسن تسييره وإدارته . the culture of quality in the contemporary enterprises represents The bet that can to create to her the difference and excellence In order to achieve a success and continuity In the face of intense global competition and rapid development process , because its existence and its embody as a doctrine Inherited in the mind of the working people Directed their behavior and their response into the application of quality standards at the highest level and efficiency.
