الملخص
الملخص: تناولت الدراسة موضوع حماية البيئة من منظور ورؤية شرعية، والتي تهدف إلى بلورة تصور لفقه بيئة إسلامي، وفق معارف الوحي والتراث الإسلامي الذي يحمل في طياته التجربة الإسلامية والتطبيق العملي للآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية. يتمتع الإسلام بنظرة أعمق وأوسع للبيئة، حيث طالب أن يتعامل الإنسان مع البيئة من منطلق أنها ملكية عامة يجب المحافظة عليها حتى يستمر الوجود، فمفهوم البيئة في الإسلام يعنى جملة الأشياء التي تحيط بالإنسان بدءً من الأرض التي تقله، صعوداً إلى السماء التي تظله، وما بينهما من العوامل والمؤثرات المختلفة، وعلى جميع عناصرها من ماء، وهواء، وتربة، مما يكفل لها القدرة على توفير سبل الحياة الملائمة للإنسان وغيره من الكائنات الحية الأخرى التي تشاركه الحياة على الأرض.
