الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى فهم الاضطرابات النفسية(العصابات) التي قد تصيب الأفراد ضمن محيطهم المهني ، و هذا بالكشف عن الفلسفات الفكرية و المقاربات النظرية التي اهتمت بدراسة التوظيف النفسي للعاملين، من خلال تحليل و فهم طرق تفكيرهم و سلوكياتهم التي تكون مختلفة عن الآخرين و تجعلهم يعانون، بمعنى آخر الاهتمام بفهم جيد لمعاناة العامل في عمله بمعرفة أسبابها، أعراضها و ميكانيزماتها ،و التي قد تقتضي تدخلا على مستوى نفسية الفرد ضمن مسعى إما وقائي أو علاجي. . Abstract The aim of this article is to understand the psychological disorders (neurosis) that may affect individuals within their professionnal environment by revealing intellectual philosophies and theoretical approaches that study the psychological employment of workers by understanding and analyzing their ways of thinking and behavior which are différent from others and make them suffer.In other words ,attention to a good understanding of the suffering of the worker in his work to know its causes, symptoms and mechanisms in it ,which may require intervention at the level of the psyche of the individual in the pursuit of either preventive or therapeutic.
