تحسين الأداء البيئي من أجل تفعيل المسؤولية البيئية المستدامة في منظمات الأعمال دراسة حالة مؤسسة الإسمنت

الملخص
تستطيع منظمات الأعمال المساهمة في خفض المشاكل البيئية العالمية، من خلال خفض الآثار البيئية لأنشطتها أو منتجاتها. فغالبا ما تشير الاستدامة إلى المسؤولية البيئية طويلة الأجل. لذلك أصبح الأداء البيئي والمسؤولية البيئية لمنظمات الأعمال من المواضيع الهامة في الأوساط الدولية، نظرا لما وصل إليه امتداد أنشطة هذه المنظمات على حساب البيئة، بالإضافة إلى استخدامها للمواد الملوثة للبيئة في العملية الإنتاجية. لذلك تم في هذه الدراسة توضيح أهمية تفعيل المسؤولية البيئية المستدامة في منظمات الأعمال من خلال الاهتمام بتحسين أدائها البيئي، مع دراسة جهود ومساعي مؤسسة الإسمنت تبسة في هذا المجال، من أجل إعادة التوازن في علاقتها بالبيئة، وتفعيل المسؤولية البيئية المستدامة فيها. ولقد أظهرت الدراسة أنه رغم الجهود المبذولة من المؤسسة لحماية البيئة وتحسين أدائها البيئي إلا أن هذا الأخير لا يزال ضعيفا ولا يرقى للمستوى المطلوب، مما يعكس ضعف تبني المؤسسة لمسؤوليتها البيئية المستدامة، والسبب الرئيسي في ذلك عدم توفر الوعي اللازم لدى العنصر البشري في المؤسسة، وعدم دمج البيئة ضمن استراتيجياتها وعملياتها الإدارية. Business organizations can contribute to reducing global environmental problems by reducing the environmental impacts of their activities or products. Sustainability often refers to long-term environmental responsibility. Environmental performance and environmental responsibility of business organizations has become an important issue in the international community, owing to the expansion of the activities of these organizations at the expense of the environment, as well as their use of environmentally polluting substances in the production process. In this study, the importance of activating sustainable environmental responsibility in business organizations was clarified by focusing on improving their environmental performance, while studying the efforts and endeavors of the Cement Corporation in this field in order to rebalance their relation to the environment and activate sustainable environmental responsibility. The study showed that despite the efforts made by the Corporation to protect the environment and improve its environmental performance, the latter is still weak and does not meet the required level, reflecting the weak adoption of the Corporation for its sustainable environmental responsibility, mainly due to the lack of necessary awareness of the human element in the Corporation, Integrate the environment into its strategies and management processes.
