الملخص

تسعى هذه الورقة بشكل عام إلى بحث جانب مهم وأساسي في النــــــــظام السّياســـي والعملية السّياســـية، ويتعلق الأمر هنا بالجانب غير الرسمي، هذا الأخير الذي أضحى محل اهتمام الباحثين والدارسين في العلوم السّياســـية منذ نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية لما له من دورٍ فعال في فهم كيفية اشتغال النُّظم السّياســـية المُختلفة. أمّـــــا بشكل خاص، فإنّ الدراسة تركز على جزءٍ من الجانب غير الرسمي الفاعل في الحياة السّياســـية والنــــــــظام السّياســـي الإيرانـــــــــــيين، ونقصد بذلك كل من البـــــــــــازار (نُّخبة التجار) والبونياد (المؤسسات غير الربحية). وهذا من خلال استكشاف الدور السّياســـي لهما، وكذا مكانتها وتأثيرهما في بُنية النــــــــظام السّياســـي. In general, this research attempts to address an important and fundamental part of the political system and the political process, it is the informal aspect - or the informal actors - which has become the subject of research by political scientists since the end of the World War II because it plays an effective role in understanding the functioning of different political systems. In particular, the study focuses on a part of the political informal that is very active in politics and in the Iranian political system, namely the bazaar and the bonyad. By exploring their political role, as well as their status and influence in the structure of the political system.
