الملخص

Because of changes in the environment from pollution , the degradation and depletion of natural resources , damage to the ozone layer and the lack of green spaces, acid rain and the loss of biological diversity and the breadth of desertification. And marketing of goods and products harmful to the environment and human. A growing modern about green and sustainable markets and products with high environmental awareness of individuals and the emergence of environmental protection associations. Making many organizations moving toward adopting the environmental dimension and incorporated in their production and administrative policies and from here began to interest a new concept known as sustainable marketing. And as well as in the case of real estate enterprises that work with this concept which is known in their respective areas interchanges between the concepts of real estate marketing and sustainable development.
