الملخص
ملخص: نظرا لتهميش الذي عرفته المرأة اثر ولوجها للعالم السياسي و التحديات التي واجهتها في هذا الإطار سعت مختلف منظمات حقوق الإنسان وحرصت الكثير من دول العربية على القضاء على كافة أشكال التمييز بسبب الجنس و العمل على تحقيق المساواة في مجال المشاركة السياسية من أجل تعزيز دور المرأة و تمكينها من العمل السياسي ووصولها إلى مواقع اتخاذ القرار السياسي ووصولها إلى هيئات التمثيلية اتخذت معظم الدول بعض التدابير لنهوض بمكانة المرأة في مجال المشاركة السياسية من بينها اعتمادها نظام الكوتا كحل مؤقت إلى حين اقتناع المجتمع بكفاءة المرأة ،و كذلك بهدف تتحقق الديمقراطية التشاركية الفعالة . Abstract: According to the marginalization that the women have known because of their access to the political world and the challenges that they were confronted with in this domain; various human rights organizations and many Arab countries have seek and given more importance to eliminate all forms of the discrimination based on the sex and they have worked to realize the equality in the domain of the political participation in order to promote the role of women and authorizing them to access to the sites of political decision-making and to the representative bodies. Most States have taken some measures to promote the status of women in the political participation domain including the adoption of a quota system as a temporary solution until that the society has acquired conviction of the women qualification, as well as to . .realize an effective participatory democracy
