دور إعادة الإعمار بعد الاعتداءات العسكرية في تأهيل الجبهة الداخلية في قطاع غزة – فلسطين

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر الجبهة الداخلية من أهم المكونات الأساسية لقطاع غزة، والعمل على إعادة تأهيلها من المسلمات التي تسعى إليها المؤسسات الداعمة والمساندة لها.إن الاعتداءات العسكرية الإسرائيلية المستمرة على القطاع أدت إلى تدمير البنى التحتية للقطاع والعمل على خلخلة تماسك جبهته الداخلية،هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان دور إعادة الإعمار بعد الاعتداءات العسكرية في تأهيل الجبهة الداخلية في قطاع غزة. وذلك من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي بالإضافة إلى المنهج الاستنباطي من الخطط الموضوعة لهذه المرحلة بعد الاعتداءات. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن عمليات إعادة الإعمار من أكثر الوسائل التي تلعب دور كبير في تأهيل الجبهة الداخلية. وضرورة وجود إستراتيجية وطنية واضحة لعمليات الإعمار. وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز منهجية البناء بشكل أفضل في كافة النشاطات. وتعزيز دور الهيئات المحلية في تسهيل عمليات الإعمار وفق اللوائح والأنظمة المحلية. Abstract: The internal front is one of the most important components of Gaza Strip, and the work of its rehabilitation is one of the pillars sought by the supporting institutions. The continued Israeli military attacks on it led to the destruction of the infrastructure and work to undermine the cohesion of the internal front,the study aimed at explaining the role of reconstruction after the military attacks in the rehabilitation of the home front in Gaza Strip. Through the use of descriptive and analytical approach in addition to the deductive approach of the plans for this stage after the attacks. The study concluded that reconstruction is one of the most important means to play a major role in the rehabilitation of the home front. And the need for a clear national strategy for reconstruction. The study recommended that the construction methodology be better promoted in all activities. And strengthening the role of local bodies in facilitating reconstruction processes in accordance with local regulations.
