الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: إن من أهمّ ما رُوِّجَ له، منذ القرن التاسع عشر من طرف المستشرقين، وبالأخص منهم أصحاب نظرية التمييز بين السلالات، والمؤرخين للغات السامية، هي تلك الإشكالية التي تتحدث عن مدى قدرة العقل العربي بلغته العربية على الإبداع في نواحي الحياة الفكرية والثقافية، فأنتج هذا الجدال ردود فعل مختلفة بعضها مؤيد لما ذهب إليه أولئك المستشرقون ذوو التعصب للجنس الآري، والبعض الآخر آثر التحقيق والإنصاف في قراءته لذلك التراث الذي امتدّت فترة إنتاجه لقرون طوال، وإن اهتمامنا منذ فترة بما تركته لنا جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين من كتب ومقالات وآثار، وعلى وجه الخصوص الشيخ محمد البشير الإبراهيمي جعلنا ننتبه لعدم كون هذا الأخير منطويا على معالجة هموم مجتمعه محصورا فيها فقط، بل وجدنا له آراء وطروحات تؤكد مدى إلمامه وإحاطته بما يشغل الرأي العام العالمي مهما كان نوع الصعيد الذي ينشغل به ذلك الرأي، وقد تحمسنا للبحث في آثار هذا العلامّة عن مقدار حضور الإشكالية التي أشرنا إليها آنفا في آثاره، وإن كانت قد شغلت حيزا من فكره فكيف كان موقفه منها. Abstract: Since the nineteenth century, some orientalists, particularly those who have the theory of distinction between dynasties, and historians of Semitic languages, have promoted the problem of the arab mind's ability in arabic language to innovate in the intellectual and cultural aspects of life, and this controversy has produced different reactions, some of which are in favor of what they have gone to. Orientalists with intolerance of the Aryan race, others chose to investigate and fairly read that heritage, which has been producing for centuries, and our interest for some time has been left to us by the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars, in particular Sheikh Mohammed al-Bashir Brahimi. We were excited to look into the effects of this sign about the extent of the presence of the problem that we referred to earlier in its effects, although it occupied a space of thought, how was the position of E of them.
