Résumé

In order to meet the dual challenge faced by the Algerian economy, namely to leave his status as a developing state, while meeting the growing demands of its citizens, the government has launched a vast project of reforms. Financial and budgetary, including the future implementation of the organic law on finance laws (LOLF). Although these transformations raise several questions. What changes are taking place in the management of Algerian public finances and their control system? How should the control system be organized in Algeria to achieve its ambition of performance?
