عمليات البنوك التجارية في مجال الأوراق المالية: دراسة حالة مصرف الراجحي السعودي

الملخص
في ظل إعادة هيكلة الخدمات المصرفية زاد اتجاه البنوك إلى التحول نحو البنوك الشاملة، أين تجتمع وظائف البنوك التقليدية ووظائف البنوك المتخصصة وبنوك الاستثمار والأعمال، ومن بين النشاطات التي تعكس إعادة هيكلة الصناعة المصرفية الحديثة هي التعامل في الأوراق المالية، مما وسع قاعدة التعامل وضخ المزيد من الاستثمارات في أسواق المال، من خلال الخدمات متعددة الجوانب التي تضمنها تلك البنوك في هذا المجال لصالح عملائها، وعليه سنحاول من خلال هذا الورقة البحثية عرض مختلف عمليات البنوك في مجال الأوراق المالية مع التركيز على مصرف الراجحي السعودي لمكانته الهامة في القطاع المصرفي العربي والعالمي. abstract In light of the restructuring of banking services, banks have tended to shift to comprehensive banks, where traditional banking functions, specialized bank functions, investment banks and business are converging. Among the activities that reflect the restructuring of the modern banking industry is dealing in securities, Investments in the financial markets, through the multi-faceted services provided by these banks in this area for the benefit of their customers. Therefore, we will try through this paper to present the various operations of banks in the field of securities with a focus on Al Rajhi Bank Saudi Meh in the Arab and global banking sector. Résumé Avec la restructuration des services bancaires, la tendance des banques à évoluer vers des banques globales s'est accrue, où les fonctions des banques traditionnelles, celles des banques spécialisées, des banques d'investissement et des banques d'affaires, Parmi les activités reflétant la restructuration du secteur bancaire moderne, on peut citer le négoce de titres, qui a élargi la base de négociation et d'investissement sur les marchés financiers, grâce aux multiples services que ces banques garantissent dans ce domaine au profit de leurs clients. Dans cet article, nous tenterons de présenter les différentes opérations des banques dans le domaine des valeurs mobilières, en mettant l'accent sur la banque Al Rajhi d'Arabie saoudite pour son rôle important dans le secteur bancaire arabe et international.
