التكافل الاجتماعي بين الإسلام والمسيحية: دراسة فقهية مقارنة.

الملخص
ملخص انصبت هذه الدراسة حول إبراز الصور والمبادئ التكافلية في التراثين: الإسلامي والمسيحي، انطلاقاً مما ورد في السيرة النبوية، مما جسده الصحابة رضان الله عليهم في العهدين: المكي والمدني، من التضحية بالمال في سبيل نصرة الإسلام، وفي بذلهم في أوجه الصدقات الجارية، وفي التضامن والتآزر في ما بينهم...وما ورد في الأسفار المسيحية المقدسة، من تعاليم المسيح عليه السلام في مختلف المجالات والمناسبات التي لها صلة بالموضوع، التي يؤمن بها النصارى اليوم وتكون دافعاً لهم من دوافع الخير والتكافل الاجتماعي المعاصر، وما يدور في فلكها من الأحكام والتعاليم التي خصصت لها الشق الثاني من هذا البحث لأجل المقارنة. ومن النتائج التي توصلت إليها: أن الأسفار المقدسة اليوم - بما فيها الأناجيل الأربعة- ما زالت تحتفظ بكثير من النصوص التي لها أثر في دفع المجتمعات المسيحية لمبادئ التكافل والتراحم، والتي تتقاطع مع ما ورد في نصوص القرآن الكريم والسنة النبويةـ رغم ما غَشيها من غواشي التاريخ، وما تصرفت فيه أيادي النسخ والإثبات. Abstract This study focused on highlighting images and symbiotic principles in the two traditions: Islamic and Christian, based on the Prophet's biography, which embodied the Companions may Allah be pleased with them in the two covenants: Mecca and civil, from sacrificing money for the support of Islam, and in their efforts in the current charity, and in solidarity And the synergy among them ... and what is stated in the Christian Scriptures, the teachings of Christ peace be upon him in various fields and relevant events, which Christians believe today and motivated them from the motives of good and contemporary social solidarity, and what is going on in its orbit of the provisions and teachings That were devoted to Here is the second part of this research for comparison. One of the findings is that the Scriptures today, including the four Gospels, still retain many texts that have influenced Christian communities to the principles of interdependence and compassion, which intersect with the texts of the Koran and the Sunnah, despite the faint of history. , And acted in the hands of copying and proof.
