الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة لإيجاد بديل عن قطاع النفط في الجزائر لإقلاع النمو وذلك من خلال تنويع مداخيلها بالإعتماد على قطاع الصناعة أو الزراعة اللتين تعتبران من القطاعات الحيوية في الإقتصاد يؤدي النهوض بهما إلى تحقيق معدلات نمو حقيقة، حيث تم الإعتماد على نمودج الأنحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ARDL) للمتغيرات الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، قطاع الزراعة، قطاع الصناعة، قطاع النفط وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طويلة الإجل بين المتغيرات كما إتضح حسب الدراسة القياسية أن قطاع الزراعة سالب وغبر معنوي ويحتاج إلى دعمه كما أظهرت أن قطاع الصناعة هو البديل عن قطاع النفط في الجزائر. Abstract The objective of this study is to define the alternative sector to the oil sector in Algeria in order to take off the economic growth by diversifying its revenues by relying on the industrial or agricultural sectors, which are vital sectors of the economy, which lead to real growth rates. The study uses the Autoregressive distributed lags model (ARDL) for the variables GDP, Agriculture, Industry, and Oil. The empirical study draws that there is a long-term relationship between the variables. Also, it is concluded that the agricultural sector is negative and no significant sector in Algeria while the industrial sector is a significant sector, so it is the alternative sector for the oil one in Algeria
