الملخص

الملخص: لقد شهدت السوق الدولية انهيارا حادا لأسعار النفط منذ شهر جوان 2014، كما زاد مستوى انهياره منذ شهر فيفري 2016 بشكل كبير، وهو ما أثر على اقتصاديات الدول المنتجة له والتي تعتمده كمصدر أساسي لمداخيلها، ومن ثم فإن هذه الدراسة تسعى إلى محاولة الإجابة عن التساؤلات التي تدور حول أسباب انهيار أسعار النفط في الأسواق الدولية، وعن المعطيات الجديدة لتحولات أمن الطاقة في العلاقات الدولية، وتأثير ذلك في علاقات وديناميات أمن الطاقة عالميا من خلال إعادة تشكيل خريطة أمن الطاقة، وللإحاطة بذلك سنقوم بالتركيز على النقاط التالية: - أولا: مفاهيم كل من: الطاقة، مصادر الطاقة، أمن الطاقة. - ثانيا: المعطيات الجديدة لأسواق النفط والطاقة. - ثالثا: أسباب انهيار أسعار النفط والدور المؤثر لسياسات اللاعبين الرئيسيين في سوق النفط العالمية في انهياره. - رابعا: إعادة تشكيل خريطة أمن الطاقة في العلاقات الدولية. Abstract: The international market witnessed a sharp collapse in oil prices since June 2014, and the level of its collapse since the month of February 2016 significantly, which affected the economies of the producing countries and adopt it as the main source of income, so this study seeks to answer the questions that It is about the causes of the collapse of oil prices in international markets, the new data on the shifts in energy security in international relations, and the impact on the relationships and dynamics of energy security globally through the restructuring of the energy security map. To summarize, we will focus on the following points: 1. the concepts of: energy, energy sources, energy security. 2. New data for the oil and energy markets. 3. the reasons for the collapse of oil prices and the influential role of the policies of the major players in the global oil market in the collapse. 4. Restructuring the energy security map in international relations.
