The Role Of Perceived Organizational Support In The Human Resources’s Commitment

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the link between perceived organizational support (SOP) and the involvement of human resources .... We conducted a quantitative study among Sonatrach employees, we set a sample of 526 employees and executives and the response rate was 78% or 412 individuals. Our results confirm the existence of a positive influence between the SOP and the affective and normative implication and a negative influence between the SOP and the calculated implication.
