الملخص
مع تبني فكرة التنمية المستدامة التي تتطلب تكييف التخطيط العمراني وفق أبعادها، الأمر الذي ساهم في ظهور فكرة التنمية العمرانية المستدامة، والتي يقصد بها تحسين نوعية الحياة في المدينة، حيث يشمل ذلك فضلاً عن الجانب العمراني الجانب البيئي، السياسي، المؤسساتي، الإجتماعي، الإقتصادي والثقافي...إلخ. فقد حاولت الجزائر إدراج التنمية المستدامة ضمن مشروعها الحضري للمدينة، أين إنتهجت سياسة جديدة لتسيير المدينة من أجل التحكم والتنظيم المتناسق والمستدام للعمران. حيث تعتبر سياسة المدينة كآلية للتسيير، تسعى لتحقيق التوازن التنموي المستدام إستنادا لجملة من المبادئ تضمنها القانون التوجيهي للمدينة. By adopting the idea of sustainable development that requires the adaptation of the urban plan according to its dimensions, which has contributed to the advent of the concept of sustainable urban development that aims to improve the quality of life in the city, this brings together in addition to the urban aspect, the environmental, political and institutional, social economic and cultural one ..., Algeria has tried to integrate sustainable development in its urban project of the city, for which it has followed a new management policy of the city for the mastery and the coordinated and sustainable organization of town planning. The city's policy is seen as a management mechanism working to achieve a sustainable developmental balance based on a set of principles contained in the city's orientation law.
