الملخص
يتناول مقال استراتيجية مكافحة الفساد من المنظور الدولي والوطني معالجة أهم ظاهرة اجتماعية تضرب المجتمعات الإنسانية وخاصة في ظل العولمة وما لحقها من تغيرات مفاجئة. حيث استشعر المجتمع الدولي خطورة هذه الآفة ومدى تهديدها لعملية التنمية والحكم الراشد، ما دعى إلى استنفار الجهود لمجابهة الفساد والقضاء عليه. هذا ما حاولنا تناوله في دراستنا هذه لمعالجة الموضوع من خلال التطرق أولا إلى التمهيد تمثل في ضبط مفاهيم الدراسة وتحديدها، ثم إلى الجهود الدولية والإقليمية لمكافحة الفساد في المحور الثاني، وما هو تأثير هذه الجهود على المستوى الوطني وما أفرزته من ترسانة قانونية خاصة بعد مصادقة الجزائر على الاتفاقية الأممية المناهضة للفساد والتصدي له وهذا في المحور الأخير. The Anti-Corruption Strategy article tackles the most important social phenomenon that affects human societies, especially in the light of globalization and its sudden changes, as the international community senses the seriousness of this scourge and its threat to the development process of good governance, which called for the mobilization of efforts to confront and eliminate corruption. This what we have tried to address in this study talking about;first of all; the issue of the international efforts to fight corruption. Second of all; the impact of these efforts on the national level and the resulting legal arsenal, especially after the ratification of Algeria to the United Nations Convention against Corruption and tackles it.
