التصريح والتلميح وحقائق الخطاب السياسيّ الصحافيّ الجزائريّ في حصة قهوة وجرنان

الملخص
ملخص: يُعتبر الخطاب السياسيّ من الخطابات الأكثر تتبعا من الشعب كونه المرآة العاكسة لشؤون الدولة، ولهذا ركّزنا في دراستنا هذه على حصة تلفزيونية تُبثّ في قناة النهار TV، وهي حصة (قهوة وجرنان) ودار النقاش بين الصحافيّ (محمد عصماني) والضيف رئيس حزب الكرامة السيد (محمد بن حمو) حول موضوع (الخطاب السياسيّ...بين المباح والمحظور)، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمّ المعالم التداولية الغالبة في الحصة التي انتقيناها وإلى التعرّف على واقع الخطاب السياسيّ في الجزائر. واستنتجنا من خلال هذا البحث أنّ الخطاب السياسيّ يعتمد كثيرا على تمرير المعاني دون الإفصاح عنها، كما أنّ الخطاب السياسيّ الجزائريّ لا يخضع اليوم للضوابط والقوانين، وهذا ما أكدته خطابات بعض أحزاب السلطة. كلمات مفتاحية: حصة قهوة وجرنان؛ الخطاب السياسيّ؛ المقابلة السياسية التلفزيونية، الجدل؛ الضمنيّ؛ الصريح؛ الإعلام؛ الإجراء الافتتاحيّ؛ الإجراء الاختتاميّ، قواعد المحادثة. Abstract: The political discourse is one of the most popular speeches of the people as the reflective mirror of the state. In this study, we focused on a television portion of Al-Nahar TV, share of “qahwa w jarnane” BenHamo) on the subject of (political discourse ... between the permissible and the forbidden), and aims to highlight the most important features of the deliberative dominant role we selected and to identify the reality of political discourse in Algeria. In this research, we conclude that the political discourse relies heavily on passing the meanings without revealing them, and that the Algerian political discourse is not subject to the controls and laws today, as confirmed by the speeches of some parties of the Authority.
