حوكمة الشركات كمدخل لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية

الملخص
الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بحث موضوع حوكمة الشركات ودورها في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، باعتبارها منهج يساعد القادة والمدراء على تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، وذلك أن إتباع المبادئ السليمة لحوكمة الشركات سيؤدي إلى خلق الاحتياطيات اللازمة ضد الفساد وسوء الإدارة، بالإضافة لتشجيع الشفافية والإفصاح، والمساهمة في جذب الاستثمارات المختلفة، وزيادة الإنتاجية والابتكار والمساهمة في استقرار الأسواق المالية، وعليه يصبح تطبيق الحوكمة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية ليس شرطاً لتحقيق الربحية التجارية فقط بل لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وبمشاركة متكافئة ومتوازنة بين الدولة وبين الشركات والمؤسسات الخاصة، وهنا تبرز الحوكمة كمنهج إداري يساعد على التفكير برؤى متعددة تأخذ بعين الاعتبار جميع المتطلبات اللازمة للوصول إلى تنمية اقتصادية متوازنة. كلمات مفتاحية: الحوكمة، الشركات، التنمية الاقتصادية. Abstract. This study aims to discuss Corporate Governance, and its role in economic development, as an approach to help leaders and managers to achieve economic development. In fact, following the principles of corporate governance will lead to the creation of the necessary precautions against corruption and mismanagement, as well as to encourage transparency and disclosure, and to increase investment, productivity, innovation, and contribute to the stability of financial markets. Accordingly, adopting corporate governance in economic institutions is not a mere requirement to achieve business profitability, but, in addition, a requirement to achieve economic development that is achieved by a balanced participation of state and private companies and institutions. That said, corporate governance, as a way of administrative approach, helps to think of multiple visions that take into consideration all the necessary requirements that can lead to a balanced economic development.
