الملخص
الملخص بالعربية: تعتبر المحكمة الجنائية الدولية من أهم الأليات القضائية الجنائية على المستوي الدولي، وعليه سعت دولة فلسطين المحتلة إلى الانضمام إليها عدة مرات. أين كانت أخر محاولة لتقديم طلب الانضمام لدولة فلسطين في عام 2014، حيث كان محل دراسة من قبل المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية والذي لقي قبول في يناير 2015. وبقبول طلب انضمامها صادقت دولة فلسطين المحتلة على النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية في 04 يناير 2015 والذي دخل حيز النفاذ بالنسبة لها في 01 أبريل 2015 وبهذا أصبحت دولة فلسطين المحتلة تتمتع بحقوق الدولة الطرف وتلتزم بواجباتها. Abstract : The International Criminal Court (ICC) is one of the most important criminal judicial mechanisms at the international level. Where was the last attempt to apply for the state of Palestine in 2014, which was examined by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, which was accepted in January 2015. By accepting its application, the State of Palestine ratified the Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on 04 January 2015, which entered into force on 01 April 2015 and thus the State of occupied Palestine has the rights and obligations of the State party. Résumé : La Cour pénale internationale (CPI) est l’un des plus importants mécanismes judiciaires pénaux au niveau international. Où était la dernière tentative de candidature à l'État de Palestine en 2014, qui a été examinée par le Procureur de la Cour pénale internationale, qui a été acceptée en janvier 2015. En acceptant sa demande, l'État de Palestine a ratifié le Statut de la Cour pénale internationale (CPI) le 4 janvier 2015, entré en vigueur le 1er avril 2015 ; l'État de Palestine occupée a donc les droits et obligations de l'État partie.
