الملخص
الملخص يهدف هذا المقال الى تبيان الاهتمام الدولي بموضوع الحفاظ على المخطوطات في أوقات النزاعات المسلحة، باعتبارها جزءا من الإرث الحضاري والموروث الثقافي، و نعالج بالخصوص اتفاقية لاهاي لسنة 1954 والبروتوكولين الملحقين بها، للإجابة على الإشكالية التي تتمثل فيما يلي: ماهي الحماية القانونية التي جاء بها القانون الدولي الإنساني للحفاظ على المخطوطات؟ وما مدى فعاليتها؟ International attention to the preservation of manuscripts as part of the cultural heritage and cultural heritage has been manifested through several agreements concluded under international humanitarian law, which is applicable in times of armed conflict and war. These agreements are the Hague Convention and its Protocols, and the problem that we will address in this research is: What is the legal protection provided by IHL to preserve manuscripts? Is it sufficient to maintain them from any excess or excess that may occur from any party?
