استخدام أسلوب تحليل التعادل لاختيار موقع المؤسسات الصناعية - دراسة تطبيقية لمؤسسة قرطبة للنجارة والأثاث الفني-

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الإحاطة بمفهوم قرار اختيار موقع المؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال استخدام الأساليب الكمية بصفة عامة وأسلوب تحليل التعادل بصفة خاصة، مع توضح أهمية هذا القرار والعوامل المؤثرة فيه بالإضافة إلى البدائل الإستراتجية التي يمكن إتباعها، حيث أن نتائج هذا القرار سيكون لها آثار هامة على المستوى الاقتصادي، الاجتماعي، البيئي والتكنولوجي على المدى الطويل. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن العوامل المؤثرة على قرار اختيار الموقع تختلف أهميتها باختلاف طبيعة نشاط المؤسسة الصناعية وأسلوب تحليل التعادل يأخذ في الاعتبار جل العوامل الكمية ويهمل بصفة مطلقة العوامل غير كمية. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الموقع الحالي لمؤسسة النجارة والأثاث الفني لا يعتبر موقعا أمثل لها عند حجم الإنتاج المرغوب. الكلمات المفتاح : قرار اختيار الموقع؛ المؤسسة الصناعية؛ أسلوب تحليل التعادل. تصنيف JEL : D23؛ D21 Abstract: The purpose of this study is to put finger on the concept of choosing the location of the institution through the use of some quantitative methods; particularly the use of Cost Volume Profit Analysis. The study also illustrates the importance of this decision and its determinants, as well as the strategic alternatives that have significant impact on the economic, social and technological levels in the long term. The study found that the institution location decision varies according to the activity of the industrial institution; and that the Cost Volume Profit Analysis takes into consideration most of the quantitative factors. The study also found that the current location of the Carpentry, Arts and Furniture institution is not a typical location for the required production volume. Jel Classification Codes : D21; D23 Résumé : L’objectif de cette étude est d’essayer de prendre en compte le concept de localisation géographique de l’institution économique par l’utilisation de méthodes quantitatives en général et la méthode d'analyse d'égalisation en particulier, avec explication de l’importance de cette décision et des facteurs qui l’influencent, ainsi que des alternatives stratégiques pouvant être suivies, les résultats de cette décision ayant des implications importantes Sur le plan économique, social, environnemental et technologique à long terme. Cette étude a révélé que l'importance des facteurs influant sur la décision de choisir un site dépend de la nature de l'activité de l'établissement industriel. La méthode d'analyse utilisée prend en compte la plupart des facteurs quantitatifs et néglige complètement les facteurs non-quantitatifs. L'étude a également révélé que l'emplacement actuel de la Fondation de la menuiserie et du mobilier artistique n'est pas considéré comme un emplacement optimal pour le volume de production souhaité.
