الملخص
إنّ عملية تطوير نظم المعلومات الإدارية، ، تعدّ من الدّعائم القويّة للمؤسسة المعاصرة، فغيابها أو نقصها يؤثّر على جودة القرارات و على مستوى النّشاط الإداري. و هي ترتكز أساسا على استعمال الجديد في ميدان تكنولوجيا المعلومات و تكنولوجيا الإتّصالات، وحتى تكون فعالة أكثر ينبغي أن يواكبها تطوير تنظيمي للمؤسسة، يتضمن إنشاء قسم أو دائرة متخصصة في هذا المجال، من أجل ضمان التحديث والتطوير الدائم لنظم المعلومات الإدارية، والسهر على أمنها وحمايتها ومراقبتها. The process of developing management information systems is considered one of the strong pillars of the contemporary institution. Its absence or lack affects the quality of decisions and the level of administrative activity. It mainly focuses on the use of the new in the field of information technology and communications technology, and in order to be more effective it must be accompanied by an organizational development of the institution, which includes the establishment of a department or department specialized in this field, in order to ensure the permanent modernization and development of administrative information systems, and to ensure its security and protection ad control.
