الملخص
الملخص : تتمحور هذه الدراسة في إبراز أهمية البحث و التطوير التكنولوجي وأثره على النمو الاقتصادي و التنمية عموما، حيث بينت المقولات النظرية وحتى الوقائع و الأمثلة العملية أن للبحث والابتكار التقني دور أساسي في تحفيز الإنتاجية و بالتالي النمو، بل وأضحت التكنولوجيا متغيرا رئيسيا في المنافسة الدولية على الأسواق، و هو ما يظهره حرص الدول والمجتمعات -التي أدركت هذه الحقيقة- على الاجتهاد المستمر في تطوير الموارد البشرية وهذه العناصر تعتبر كمفاتيح للتفوق الاقتصادي في زمن العولمة لأية دولة أو مجتمع تسعى لتطوير إقتصادها و إحداث تنمية شاملة تمس جميع القطاعات - ومن ثم فالاهتمام بالتعليم في جميع مراحله و مستوياته و كذا الإنفاق على البحث العلمي و تنمية الموارد البشرية هي منطلق بناء منظومة متكاملة لعناصر التقدم في المجتمعات و الدول الساعية لذلك Résumé: Cette étude met l'accent sur l'importance de la recherche et du développement technologique et sur son impact sur la croissance économique et sur le développement en général.Les déclarations théoriques, voire les faits et exemples pratiques, ont montré que la recherche et l'innovation technologique jouent un rôle essentiel dans la stimulation de la productivité et donc de la croissance.La technologie est devenue une variable majeure de la concurrence internationale des marchés. Ce qui est démontré par le souci des pays et des sociétés - qui ont compris ce fait - de faire preuve de diligence dans le développement continu des ressources humaines et ces éléments sont considérés comme des éléments essentiels de l’excellence économique à l’ère de la mondialisation de tout État ou de toute société. Summary : This study focuses on highlighting the importance of research and technological development and its impact on economic growth and development in general. The theoretical statements, and even the facts and practical examples, have shown that research and technological innovation play an essential role in stimulating productivity and thus growth. Technology has become a major variable in international competition for markets. , Which is demonstrated by the keenness of countries and societies - which realized this fact - to diligence in the continuous development of human resources and these elements are considered as keys to economic excellence in the era of globalization of any state or society
