الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على أهم التغيرات التي طرأت على منظومة القيم الدولية الخاضعة للتطور العلمي والتكنولوجي، والتي اصطلح عليها بالعولمة. وبروز العولمة كظاهرة عالمية ساهم في إعادة تشكيل خريطة العالم الجيو-سياسية واثر تأثيرا كبيرا في هيكلته الأساسية، وكان لا بد من إعادة النظر في العديد من المفاهيم التي تشكل محور العلوم السياسية، وإعادة فهمها بطريقة تتناسب مع العصر الجديد، ومن بين هذه المفاهيم، مفهوم الدولة الوطنية الذي يشكل محور هذه الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الدولة الوطنية، العولمة، منظومة القيم الدولية، الثورة العلمية والتكنولوجية، الاعتماد المتبادل. باللغة الفرنسية: Cette étude se concentre sur les changements les plus importants survenus dans le système de valeurs internationales liés au développement scientifique et technologique, appelée mondialisation. L’émergence de la mondialisation en tant que phénomène mondial a contribué à la restructuration de la carte géopolitique du monde et a eu un impact majeur sur sa structure : de nombreux concepts constituant le domaine des sciences politiques ont du être repensés et réinterprétés d’une manière adaptée à la nouvelle époque .Parmi ces concept l’Etat- nation sur lequel se concentre cette étude. Mots –clés : Etat- nation, mondialisation, valeurs internationales, révolution scientifique, interdépendance. بالغة الانجليزية: This study focuses on the most important changes in the system of international values related to scientific and technological development, called globalization. The emergence of globalization as a global phenomenon has contributed to the restructuring of the geopolitical map of the world and had a major impact on its structure: many concepts constituting the field of political science have to be redesigned and reinterpreted adapted to the new era.
