المهام الجديد لأخصائي المعلومات في البيئة الرقمية

الملخص
المستلخـص استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف الى اشكالية اسهام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال في خلق بيئة جديدة فرضت على المكتبات اعادة النظر في واقعها، شملت مهام أمين المكتبة وتحوله الى خبير و إستشاري معلومات او امين مراجع وموجه ابحاث مسخراً بذلك خبراته ومهاراته في تقديم معلومات دقيقة وفورية لأنواع مختلفة من المستفيدين. وقد كان لتكنولوجيا المعلومات تأثير كبير على عديد من المهن والوظائف المرتبطة بقطاع المعلومات ومن بينها مهنة أخصائى المعلومات؛ حيث شهدت في هذا الاطار تطورات على اعتبار أن أخصائي المعلومات مطالب بالاندماج ومواكبة عصر الرقمنة والشبكات والتكيف مع بيئة جديدة تتميز بتزايد استخدام التكنولوجيا. يعد دور أخصائي المعلومات من الأهمية بمكان حيث أنه يشرف على تحويل المكتبة التقليدية إلى مكتبة تعتمدعلى الوسائط الإلكترونية، ورغم تعقدالعملية إلاأنه على المكتبي أن يكتسب مجموعة من المهارات، منها: المعرفة النظرية، المعرفة التطبيقية، القدرة على نقل المعرفة والاستفادة منها، تكوين أخصائي المكتبات، وابتعاثهم في دورات تدريبية مستمرة على التقنيات الجديدة يؤدي إلى زيادة فاعليتهم، وتطوير معارفهم، وكسبه ملمهارات جديدة، وتحديث معلوماتهم في ظل التغيير السريع للتكنولوجيا. Abstract This study aimed to identify the problem of the contribution of information and communication technology in creating a new environment, which forced libraries to reconsider their reality, including the functions of the librarian and transformed into an expert and information consultant or reviewer and research guide harnessing his expertise and skills in providing accurate and immediate information to different types of beneficiaries. Information technology has had a significant impact on many professions and jobs related to the information sector, including the profession of information specialists; The role of the information specialist is important as it oversees the transformation of the traditional library into an electronic media library. Despite the complexity of the process, the librarian must acquire a range of skills, including: Theoretical knowledge, applied knowledge, ability to transfer and benefit from knowledge, training of library specialists, and sending them in continuous training courses on new technologies leads to increase their effectiveness, develop their knowledge, gain new skills, and update their information under the rapid change of technology.
