المكتبيون بين الواجبات والأدوار الجديدة في ظل التحولات الكبرى

ملخص: يمثل المكتبيون المتخصصون الحجر الأساس لنجاح أي عمل مكتبي، ذلك لأنهم مصطبغون بالروح العلمية النقدية، ولهم بُعد النظر في مختلف القضايا والتحديات التي تواجه مهنتهم ومجتمعهم على حد سواء. فالمكتبة باعتبارها الإطار الإداري والرسمي المنظم لدورة المعلومات، وطريقة صناعتها وتوزيعها بين الأفراد والمؤسسات الاجتماعية المختلفة، فإنها تحتاج إلى مكتبيين على مستوى عالٍ من النباهة والذكاء والحكمة، والتبصر بالمستقبل. تتطرق هذه الورقة إلى توضيح جدلية مهمة في التكوين العالي للمكتبيين، من خلال إبراز وتبيان العلاقة الطردية الإيجابية بين الواجبات الأساسية والقاعدية للعمل المكتبي المبني على قواعد علمية، وبين التحديات المختلفة سواء الاجتماعية، السياسية، الاقتصادية والسوسيوثقافية التي تُفرزها البيئة الجديدة. إن فهم العلاقة الجدلية والطردية بين القواعد المؤسسة للعمل المكتبي المُتقن، وبين محتلف التحديات أو التحولات التي تفرزها البيئة المحيطة، سيمكّن من المكتبيين من إدراك الأدوار الحقيقية التي يجب عليهم ممارستها، مما يُفضي إلى الحفاظ على الديناميكية والحركية المستمرة للمهنة، وفي القدرة على التعامل مع كل الظروف والمستجدات. Summary: Specialized librarians are the cornerstone of the success of any office work, because they are critically scientific and have a farsightedness in the various issues and challenges facing both their profession and society. As the administrative and formal framework governing the information cycle, the way it is made and distributed among individuals and different social institutions, the library needs librarians with a high level of prestige, intelligence, wisdom, and insight into the future. This paper explains an important dialectic in the high training of librarians, by highlighting the positive positive relationship between the basic and basic duties of scientific work based on scientific rules, and between the various social, political, economic and sociocultural challenges posed by the new environment. Understanding the dialectical and direct relationship between the founding rules of elaborate office work and the various challenges or transformations of the surrounding environment will enable librarians to recognize the real roles they need to play, leading to the continued dynamism of the profession and the ability to deal with each Conditions and developments.
