الإطار الدولي للتعامـل مع الوضعيات الإتجاريـة بالأطفـال

الملخص
ملخص : يتعرض الملايين من الأطفال في جميع أنحاء العالم للإتجار بهم و استغلالهم ، فرغم مساعي الدول بموجب تشريعاتها الوطنية للقضاء على هذه الجريمة أو على الأقل الحد من انتشارها ،إلاّ أنها بقيت في تزايد مستمر و اتسع نطاقها ليتعدى حدود الدول ، وأصبحت من ضمن الجرائم المنظمة العابرة للحدود الوطنية نظرا لطبيعتها المعقدة وسريتها و تطور الوسائل المستخدمة فيها و تشابكها مع جرائم أخرى . و بذلك استأثرت باهتمام منظمة الأمم المتحدة و اعتبرتها من الجرائم الأكثر خطورة التي تتطلب اتخاذ كل التدابير للتصدي لها و مكافحتها ، فأخذت اهتماما دوليا واسعا و كان لابد من تظافر الجهود الدولية و الوطنية لتقنينها و وضع آليات فعّالة لمكافحتها ، كما تأكدت أهمية تعزيز التعاون الدولي على جميع المستويات لتحقيق ذلك Abstract Millions of children around the world are trafficked and exploited. Despite the efforts of States through their legislation to eradicate or at least limit the spread of this crime, however, it has continued to grow and has expanded beyond the borders of States .It has also become a transnational organized crime due to its complexity, confidentiality, the sophisticated means used to commit it and its connection with other crimes. Thus, it attracted the attention of the United Nations which considered it as one of the most serious crimes that require taking all measures to combat it. The child trafficking becomes a worldwide concern that requires international efforts to codify it and establish an effective mechanisms to address it . In this regard, the close cooperation between States in all levels is necessary to combat this crime.
