الفاتورة آلية لحماية الاقتصادالوطنىى

الملخص
تعتبر الفاتورة ضرورة في عالم التجارة المتميز بطابع السرعة و الائتمان، و نظرا لأهميتها اعتبرها المشرع العنصر الثاني من مبدأ الشفافية بعد الالتزام بالإعلام بالأسعار للسلع و الخدمات و هي آلية لرقابة الأسعار و الحد من المضاربة. فالالتزام بالفاتورة من شانه نشر العدالة الضريبية و القضاء على الاقتصاد الموازي، في حين عدم الالتزام بها يؤدي إلى إلحاق الضرر بالاقتصاد و زيادة العشوائية في السوق و عدم جلب جاذبية للاستثمار مع إضعاف القدرة التنافسية .الأمر الذي يستدعي دراستها و تبيان أحكامها و كيف تعتبر أداة لحماية الاقتصاد الوطني. كلمات مفتاحية: الفاتورة، العون الاقتصادي، شفافية الممارسات التجارية، بدائل الفاتورة . Abstract: The bill is considered a necessity in the commercial world which is known for it's speed and trust particularity, regarding the bill's importance the legislature considered it the second element in the transparency principle after the obligation to inform of the prices of merchandise and services and it's a way to control prices and to put an end to speculation, the obligation of bill spreads tax justice and eliminates parallel economy, in the same time not committing to it leads to damage economy and random increase in the market plus decreasing the attraction for investments and weakening the competition ability. All of that calls to study the bill and show its provisions and how is it considered a tool to protect the national economy.
