الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مفهوم الاستقرار الاقتصادي والتنمية البشرية وتحديد مؤشراتهما وذلك من خلال الإجابة على إشكالية البحث المتمثلة في محاولة قياس أثر مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي على التنمية البشرية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1995-2017، وقد اعتمدنا في ذاك على مجموعة من الأدوات أهمها تطبيق نموذج أشعة الانحدار الذاتي VARخلال الفترة 1995-2017، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي تتمثل في النمو الاقتصادي، التضخم والبطالة، أما مؤشرات التنمية البشرية فأهمها الإنفاق الاستثماري للتعليم والإنفاق الاستثماري للصحة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة بين النمو الاقتصادي والتضخم من جهة والإنفاق الاستثماري للتعليم من جهة ثانية، في حين هناك علاقة سلبية بين متغيرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي والإنفاق الاستثماري للصحة. This study aims to analyze the concept of economic stability and human development, identify their indicators by trying to answering the research problem: measure the impact of indicators of economic stability on human development in Algeria during the period 1995-2017. We have adopted a set of tools, Most notably the application of the VAR model during the period 1995-2017. The study found that economic stability indicators are economic growth, inflation and unemployment, while among important human development indicators are investment expenditure on education and investment expenditure on health. The study concludes to an existence of positive relation between economic growth and inflation from a side and investment expenditure on health from another side, in the meantime there is a negative relation between economic stability and investment expenditure on health.
