فعالية متغيرات الآلة الاقتصادية في الجزائر The Effectiveness Of Economic Machine Variables In Algeria Using The Acp Methodology During The Period 1999-2017

الملخص
Monetary and fiscal policy has many tools and mechanisms used to control any deviation in the economic system, and return to the state of balance. The problem of the instruments and mechanisms contained in the fiscal and monetary policy in Algeria is not sufficiently effective in moving and controlling the Algerian economy. For this reason, we examined the most important variables, in order to collect the ones that are converging with each other through their degree of correlation. Finally, we need to activate the interest rate, the tax rate and the exchange rate to achieve efficiency in economic activity. Keywords: tools and mechanisms of control, economic activity, analysis of major vehicles, economic machine, economic wheel, efficiency. للسياسة المالية والنقدية أدوات وآليات تستعملها لمحاولة ضبط والتحكم في أي انحراف يقع في المنظومة الاقتصادية، والعودة بها إلى حالة التوازن. وتعتبر إشكالية الأدوات والآليات التي تحتويها السياسة المالية والنقدية بالجزائر غير فعالة بشكل وافي في تحريك وضبط الواقع الاقتصادي. وبهدف معرفة الخلل قمنا بدراسة أهم المتغيرات التي من خلالها يتم التحكم في ضبط مسار الاقتصاد الجزائري، بهدف جمع المتغيرات المتقاربة مع بعضها البعض من خلال درجة اِرتباطها، لإبراز المتغيرات المساهمة في تحريك العجلة الاقتصادية. لنقف في الأخير على ضرورة تفعيل كل من معدل الفائدة ومعدل الضريبة وسعر الصرف لتحقيق فعالية في النشاط الاقتصادي.
