الملخص
إن وسائل الدفع الالكترونية تعتبر أحد أهم الخدمات المصرفية لذا نجد النشاط المصرفي يتأثر بالتطورات الاقتصادية المختلفة، حيث انتقلت البنوك من تقديم خدمات تقليدية محصورة في الإيداع والإقراض إلى اقتحام مجالات متعددة في تقديم خدماتها المصرفية ذات نوعية وسرعة في تنفيذ عملياتها، وهذا ما دفع الجزائر لمحاولة مسايرة هذا التطور من خلال العمل على تطوير الخدمات المصرفية من اجل مواكبة الحد الأدنى لتطورات الحاصلة في الدول المتقدمة في هذا المجال . The electronic means of payment are considered as one of the important banking services, so we find the banking activity influences with the different economic developments, where the banks shifted from giving their traditional services confined in depositing and lending to breaking in different domains in presenting their banking services of quality and rapidity in executing their operations, and this is pushed Algeria to try leveling up this development through working on the development of the banking services for keeping up the minimum development within the first world countries in this field . Les méthodes de paiement électronique sont l'un des services bancaires les plus importants, de sorte que l'activité bancaire s'influence par divers développements économiques, car les banques sont passés de fournir des services traditionnels confiné au dépôt et aux prêts pour accéder dans plusieurs domaines dans la prestation de leurs services bancaires en terme de qualité et de rapidité dans l'exécution de Ses opérations, ce qui a incité l'Algérie à essayer de suivre ce développement en travaillant sur l'amélioration des services bancaires afin de faire face aux développements minimaux dans les pays développés dans ce domaine.
