الملخص
الملخص لقد شهد العالم مع مطلع النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين عدّة أحداث، أدت إلى تلوث البيئة بالإضافة إلى التطور الحاصل في المجال التكنولوجي،هو بدوره زاد من الطين بلة، لهذا نهضت الأمم من سباتها العميق، وهذا من أجل المحافظة على الموارد البيئية، الزائلة لأنها تعتبر من التراث الإنساني المشترك، لهذا تعتبر سنة 1972 سنة الفصل في هذا الموضوع وهذا بعقد أول مؤتمر دولي يتناول الأمور البيئية تحت إسم مؤتمر ستوكهولم، ليلد لنا مولود جديد وهو القانون الدولي للبيئةDroit International de L'environnmentوالذي يطلق عليه بإختصار D I E. والتلوث البيئي في إضطرار متزايد يوم بعد يوم، وهذا ما ينجم عنه بعض النزاعات البيئية التيس تكون في أغلب الأحيان بين الدول ، والتاريخ يشهد على ذلك، لهذا وجب تجنب النزاعات البيئية عن طريق إيجاد حلول منطقية. Summary The world witnessed in the beginning of the second half of the twentieth century, which in turn has made the situation worse, that is why nations have rose from their deep sleep , and this, in order to preserve the environmental resources, which a, several events, that led to environmental pollution as well as technological development re considered to be a common human asset, so 1972, is the year of the chapter decree's of this topic and this , by organizing the first international conference on environmental issues under the name of "Stockholm", then, we have a newborn called “the international environmental law (IEL). Environmental pollution is increasing day by day, due to the often conflicting environmental conflicts between countries, which history attests to, that is why these countries must avoid conflicts by finding logical solutions.
