الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإجراءات المصاحبة لعملية التامين البحري على البضائع وفق ما نصت عليه الترسانة القانونية للمشرع الجزائري وهذا من خلال عرض الخطوط العريضة لعملية التامين البحري على البضائع والأطراف المشاركة فيها ، بالإضافة إلى الأخطار المغطاة من خلال هذه العملية التأمينية ، والالتزامات المترتبة على الأطراف المشاركة وهذا على حسب ما نص عليه المشرع الجزائري The study aims at identifying the procedures associated with the maritime insurance on goods according to the legal arsenal of the Algerian legislator by presenting the outline of the maritime insurance process to the goods and the parties involved in addition to the risks covered by this insurance process and the obligations of the participating parties .This is as stipulated by the Algerian legislator
